Children’s Party Questions Parents Ask

What ages are your parties for?

Our Single Entertainer and The Works character parties are best suited to ages 4 to 6. Our UV Glow Disco is designed for ages 5 to 10. We adapt activities to the ages of the children invited.

How long is a party?

All our packages run for two hours.

How many children can come?

Our character parties are suitable for up to 40 children.

What does it cost?

Single Entertainer Character Party £360, The Works £445, UV Glow Disco £495. We do not charge for add ons. See packages and prices.

Which characters can we choose?

Princesses, superheroes, film and TV favourites, classic themes such as pirates and dinosaurs, pre-schooler themes and seasonal parties. See all characters and themes, or the princess and superhero pages. You can also combine themes.

Glitter tattoos or face painting?

With The Works, a second character runs a glitter tattoo bar or face painting (face painting is subject to availability). At UV Glow Discos we use UV face paint and body paint instead, because glitter tattoos do not glow under UV light.

Do you come to our home or hall?

Yes, we travel to venues across West Surrey, North Hampshire and South Berkshire. The performance needs to be indoors or in a three or four sided marquee. See Areas Covered.

Do we need to decorate?

Our entertainer themes the venue with our decorations kit, a 6ft inflatable light up birthday cake and a 9ft inflatable disco arch, all on loan. You can also borrow one of our inflatable mascot costumes for free.

What do you need to know about the venue?

When you book, we ask about the venue opening time, access, and parking or unloading for our entertainers.

What times are parties?

Our entertainers perform two parties a day. Our party time slots are 11am to 1pm and 3.30pm to 5.30pm.

Can we serve food during the party?

Please do not serve food to the children during the performance, so they have their hands free to join in. It also avoids spills and choking.

Can we take photos and videos?

Yes, for your own memories. You may post photos on social media, but please do not upload video of the performance.

Does sending an enquiry book our date?

No. We check availability and confirm everything with you first.

How do we pay?

The remaining fee is paid immediately after the performance, in cash. We cannot accept cheques.

What if we need to cancel?

Our booking terms set out the cancellation conditions, including when fees apply. Please note we cannot accept changes or cancellations by voicemail.
